Outside Lands Festival

Shakey camera work during the show

Outsidelands was a lot of fun overall. It was great to see Radiohead again but being in the crowd was definitely a little bit of a hassle.

Puppy kindergarden graduation

Yay, Yari! He graduated from his puppy kindergarden class this past Sunday. He finished 2nd in the friendly "come!" competition.

Here he is at puppy play, finally meeting his match, Rocky.

And apparently Yari hasn't quite figured out how to ride in the back seat.

Baker Beach

We started placing Yari in the back seat because he tries to ride on the driver's lap and lick the steering wheel. Here he is on our way to Baker beach, a little unsure of what to make of this new arrangement.

Yari had a full day of puppy play, obedience class and his first walk at Baker beach.

Pedicures and Pub Crawl

Andrea took me out for a birthday pedicure and drinks in my neighborhood. We played with Yari for a little bit and sipped San Pelligrino Limonata with watermelon-flavored vodka. Yum! Then out to Sensi Salon to read trashy magazines while getting our feet pampered. After hitting Mucky Duck, Fireside, and Blackthorne we ended the crawl at Chug Pub near my apartment. It was such a fun, relaxed and of course drunken evening. Thanks, Bendy!

Is this normal?

So Yari has developed a little constantly-sticking-his-tongue-out-at-you habit. It's so funny but slightly disturbing!

Updated Yari pictures.

Look how big he's getting!

Tonga Room and the Library

Jackie and Nick (Andrea's sister and her husband) spent the past weekend in SF. After some u-haul madness we eventually ventured to a couple bars no one had been to before. First stop, the Library at Bourbon & Branch, one of San Francisco's "speakeasies." Definitely wouldn't go back on a weekend night but it was definitely a neat little bar. Then we trekked to the Tonga Room, a Tiki bar located in one of San Francisco's fanciest hotels, the Fairmont.
